Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations.

Your role includes:

  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training.
  • Ensuring hospitality, speed, and quality execution to increase sales.
  • Managing labor, reducing waste, and controlling utilities and supplies.
  • Implementing systems and standards daily.
  • Promoting positivity and teamwork and recognizing the good in situations and people.

Work schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • 10 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Monday to Friday
  • Holidays
  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay:
