Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client in Turbeville, SC. This is a 13 weeks assignment. The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care during the assigned night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established protocols and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Perform vital signs, assessments, and routine nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Assist with patient education and health-related instructions.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina LPN license.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Correctional healthcare experience is preferred but not required unless specified by the facility.
