Job Description

Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking. Support subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with field operations and project stakeholders. Track project progress and assist with reporting requirements. Help maintain quality control and safety standards throughout construction. Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all team members.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction management experience. Multifamily construction experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
