We're committed to investing in our employees, supporting our local communities, and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work every day.What You'll Do as a Warehouse AssociateReceive incoming shipments accurately by unloading trucks, inspecting products, and verifying quantities and condition.Organize inventory by receiving products into our warehouse system and putting them away in the correct storage locations.Track inventory using warehouse software and inventory tools to help maintain accurate stock levels and product locations.Communicate receiving discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory concerns promptly to help keep operations running smoothly.Support our warehouse and fulfillment teams by helping maintain an efficient flow of inventory for customer and e-commerce orders.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area while following all warehouse safety procedures.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely after receiving training and authorization.Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed to support the success of our team and customers.Our Ideal Warehouse AssociateDetail-Oriented: You take pride in receiving inventory accurately, spotting discrepancies, and keeping products organized.Dependable: You show up ready to work, follow through on your responsibilities, and can be counted on by your team.Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, adjust to changing priorities, and are willing to jump in wherever needed.Warehouse-Minded: You have previous warehouse or receiving experience—or you're eager to learn—and are comfortable using basic computer systems.
