Responsible for performing nutritional assessments, developing, and implementing care plans, educating patients, and communicating with physicians and health team members. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences from an accredited college or university required. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Dietitian required. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy. Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) conducting nutritional assessments and developing treatment plans for acute care inpatients and/or outpatients preferred.
