Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRN Certification Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settingTelemetry patients/must pass Airstrip telemetry competency ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team Lab draws, IV antibiotics, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments, Best personality Fit: Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program Good communication skills Empathetic and patient advocate General Comments No. of Positions: 1/1.
