Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide direct bedside care to adult patients on a med-surg unit, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor changing conditions, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and uphold patient safety. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, delegates to support staff, engages in quality and governance activities, and may float to other units as patient needs require.
