Culture of compassion: Help us make a positive impact on every life we touch Competitive Pay: From $30.00/hour + credit for experience Sign-On Bonus: $500 (after 90 days of employment) Schedule: Full-Time | 7am - 3pm or 8am – 4pm | Monday - Friday Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Manage daily operations, program oversight, and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served. What You'll Need: Competency to perform the duties as required, AND Minimally meet the education and training requirements identified in subdivision 2, paragraph (b) of the Minnesota statutes, AND Have a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Benefits Available to You After 60 days: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (eligible to accrue PTO day one) 401K for staff over the age of 21 after one year of employment Short-term & Long-term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
