Description:
We are seeking a locum Hematology Oncology Physician for ongoing coverage.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends or call required.
The practice setting includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics, with 70% oncology and 30% hematology.
There is no internal medicine physician in practice, and no advanced practice provider support is available.
The average number of outpatient clinic patients per day ranges from 12 to 25.
The average number of hospital patients for call and rounding ranges from 2 to 8.
The electronic medical record system used is Epic.
Credentialing will take approximately 3 to 14 days for temporary privileges and 2 to 3 months for permanent privileges.
Full travel expenses will be covered.
