Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift 12 Hour – a leading facility in City, State

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $54.31/hour

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ER
Assess patient needs rapidly and implement effective treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
Utilize critical thinking skills for rapid decision-making in high-pressure situations
Maintain infection control and safety protocols at all times

What You Need:

Current RN license in practicing state
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certification required
Minimum of 2 years in emergency or critical care nursing
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and perform heavy physical work as needed
