Epic Applications Analyst II

To support the implementation and optimization of Epic modules, the full-time Epic Applications Analyst II will configure, test, and support clinical, financial, or administrative applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage problem tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of application errors and system issues Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configuration and conduct testing prior to production implementation Develop and maintain documentation outlining standard operating and support procedures Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years' experience with the relevant application or module Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Experience as a project team member on large-scale projects Epic training and certification in the assigned application area
