Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, dependable Floor Technician to join our mobile team. In this role, you will meet with your manager at a central location each day and travel in a company vehicle to complete specialized floor care projects at various client facilities. Prior experience is required—we are happy to provide hands‑on training to the right candidate who is ready to learn and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and carpet extraction across tile, vinyl, concrete, and carpet. Assist with floor restoration by removing stains, scratches, and imperfections to improve surface appearance and longevity. Safely operate commercial floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and extractors (training provided). Travel with the team in a company vehicle to various client sites to execute scheduled projects efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and proper PPE protocols. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is properly cleaned, stored, and inventoried. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance). Reliable transportation to the daily team meeting site. Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is essential. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Flexible schedule with availability for varying start/end times based on project needs. Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
