Lead transportation strategy for one of the largest freight shippers in North America. Position Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country's largest LTL shipping networks.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
- Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline's North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline's executive leaders.
- Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations with expertise in all transportation modes; outbound LTL expertise a plus.
- Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
