We are seeking a UX Researcher to support Corporate and Institutional Banking digital initiatives, partnering across product, design, and business teams to inform decisions and drive meaningful outcomes.This role is focused on discovery, problem framing, and insight generation in complex environments. You will be responsible for leading research that connects user behavior to business priorities, ensuring that insights are not only uncovered, but acted upon.You will play a key role in strengthening how research informs digital decision-making, bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing direction, and embedding user-centered thinking into product development.
