Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will helm the growth trajectory in the research, IVD, and device sectors across your designated territory. You will be the catalyst to not only sustain our existing clientele base but also identify and onboard new potential leads. The position demands the navigation of a multifaceted sales environment, interfacing with stakeholders in Purchasing, R&D, and Manufacturing. An acumen in engineering will be a substantial advantage. MS or PhD in science or engineering is a significant plus. A robust sales career spanning a minimum of 8 years in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or IVD domain. A proven record of sales leadership, with a history of sealing deals and maximizing growth. Recognitions such as top‑performer awards, membership in the presidents’ club, or a ranking within the top 15% of the outside sales force are desired.
