Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. What You’ll Receive A six‑week onboarding program called Vitals+ introducing clinical tools and resources. Mentorship programs. In‑house ABTPRFE‑accredited residency‑style programs to support specialty development. Free, in‑house continuing education courses and access to a library of research articles. Limber Health software to improve in‑clinic care with at‑home support and data analytics. Monthly incentive earnings tied to daily average patient caseload. A growth‑minded culture with clearly defined pathways to leadership roles. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base salary: $80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience and market factors). Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds. Sign‑on bonus: up to $30,000 available in select locations.
