Product Marketing Manager

Culver Franchising System , LLC is looking for a self-motivated, results-focused Product Marketing Manager to become a key leader in our talented Marketing team. In this role you will play a vital part in continuing to build the Culver’s brand through leading go-to-market execution of menu innovation, limited-time offers (LTOs) and core products to drive guest engagement, sales growth and brand relevance. You will be the critical link as you work cross-functionally to ensure new products and processes are successfully developed, launched, and sustained in the market. If you are someone who: Has 3-5 years related experience, ideally in brand management or product marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Has experience leading cross-functional commercialization and product launch initiatives; foodservice, retail or consumer brand background preferred Possesses strong collaborative and communication skills; proven success leading and participating in cross-functional teams Demonstrates an analytical aptitude with proven success in analyzing data outcomes to translate outcomes into actionable recommendations Starting Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This role includes a generous incentive bonus based on business results and individual success. We also offer workplace flexibility including flexible work hours and a hybrid work model.
