We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Titusville Nursing and Rehab in Titusville, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover and regain their independence.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Titusville Nursing and Rehab, you will assist our physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing patients' physical abilities : Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and limitations.
• Developing treatment plans : Working with physical therapists to create personalized treatment plans that meet patients' unique needs and goals.
• Implementing interventions : Providing physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Educating patients and families : Educating patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote independence and prevent future injuries.
• Maintaining accurate records : Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
