Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Current registered nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required Must-Have: EPIC experience required STEMI and Stroke facility experience required Description: Mandatory questionnaire to be completed prior to offer. Candidates must be reviewed on the job description. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling. Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences is enforced. Compliance must be completed on time without any upcoming barriers. Candidates must pass the required EKG exam. 3x12s, Night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Occasional shift adjustments may be required. Weekend and holiday coverage may be necessary. Charting system experience required. Preferred experience with community hospitals and trauma facilities. Special care populations include cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health. This department cares for all age groups. Patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends is 4 patients to 1 nurse. Floating to different facilities may be required. All travelers must complete mandatory compliance by the deadline. RTO must be communicated at the time of submission. Education verification through a third party is required. No open cases on the background check will be accepted. Local radius restrictions apply. Candidates must be prepared for the EKG exam requirement. Study materials for the exam are not provided. Modules will be non-billable and completed during orientation.
