This is not just a front desk job — this is a membership sales and guest experience role with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities. Compensation and Perks $14–$16/hour base pay Typical weekly earnings of $710–$900+ with commissions Commission on membership sales Monthly bonuses and sales contests Growth opportunities into leadership and management Employee discounts on services and retail Complimentary monthly massage or facial Flexible scheduling What You’ll Do Membership Sales and Client Retention Sell massage and facial memberships to guests Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans Follow up with potential members and inactive guests Keep the Spa Booked and Busy Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules Front Desk and Guest Experience Greet guests and create a welcoming environment Answer phones and schedule appointments Support a smooth and organized front desk operation Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality Comfortable using booking software and POS systems Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Availability Requirements Applicants must be available during peak business hours, including: Evenings Weekends Holidays as needed Career Growth Opportunities Top performers can grow into: Lead Spa Associate Assistant Spa Manager Spa Management Positions If you enjoy sales, customer interaction, wellness, and earning commission in a supportive environment, apply today and grow your career with Hand & Stone.
