Nous sommes situés à proximité de Bienne, au coeur de la région du Grand Chasseral. Afin de renforcer notre département « Supply Chain», nous recherchons un / une : Supply Planner Switzerland
VOTRE MISSION ET VOS DÉFIS :
Vous assurez les opérations de gestion de stocks et des approvisionnements grâce à une exploitation efficace des données disponibles. À la fois analytique et opérationnel, vous analysez les données de consommation, anticipez les besoins, pilotez les approvisionnements et identifiez de manière proactive les risques de rupture ou de surstock. Vous jouez un rôle de coordinateur entre les sous-traitants, les partenaires externes et les différents départements internes, en garantissant une communication fluide et efficace. Au quotidien, vous : Pilotez et fiabilisez les outils de planification afin de garantir une gestion performante et cohérente des flux Anticipez et résoudrerez les aléas opérationnels en analysant les écarts et en mettant en oeuvre des actions correctives durables Optimisez les processus de prévision et de gestion des stocks pour soutenir la performance globale et la prise de décision Contribuez à l’amélioration continue en identifiant des leviers d’optimisation tout en accompagnant les équipes dans leur mise en oeuvreVOTRE PARCOURS ET VOS COMPÉTENCES :
Une expérience professionnelle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel international Formation technique ou commerciale de base, complétée par le brevet fédéral de spécialiste en achats et approvisionnements ou d’un CAS dans le domaine De langue maternelle française, vous avez de bonnes connaissances de l’anglais De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles sont essentielles pour ce rôle, où vous serez amené à interagir régulièrement avec différents interlocuteurs, tant en interne qu'en externe Vous vous distinguez par votre curiosité analytique et votre gestion des priorités Orienté clients et solutions, vous êtes proactif et pragmatique Vous maîtrisez le pack MS Office et avez des connaissances dans l'utilisation d'un ERPPOURQUOI NOUS REJOINDRE ?
