Hearthwood Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Greet and welcome visitors entering through the designated entrance
• Provide directions and guidance to guests within the building
• Coordinate with staff to ensure visitors reach the correct departments
• Assist management with occasional tasks and special projects

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

• Daytime hours
• Approximately 32 hours per week
• Due to a community renovation, this is a temporary position as an additional entrance will be open. This position would start immediately and remain tentatively through the end of August.
