Mental Health Therapist / Trauma Therapist ( Hybrid )

Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) PartTime | Hybrid | Princeton, New Jersey

Pace & Path Psychotherapy and Trauma Recovery LLC is growing, and we’re looking for skilled, compassionate therapists to join our team. We believe in creating a supportive environment where clinicians can do their best work while maintaining balance, autonomy, and purpose.

Your Role

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Maintain a manageable caseload with strong administrative support
• Complete documentation in a timely, organized manner
• Participate in case consultations and professional development
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey licensure: LPC, LCSW
• Certification in a type of trauma-focused therapy (i.e., CCTP, IFS, EMDR, somatic) is a plus 
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
• Comfort working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Passion and experience in trauma-focused treatment
