New Graduate Nurse

Role Overview The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. They assist patients and families with managing illnesses, post‑treatment care, and medication administration. Utilizing critical thinking, they develop and modify individualized care plans, promote patient safety, and participate in professional development. This position requires licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited nursing program to maintain employment. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on health management and medication use. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs. Create and implement care plans collaboratively. Evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly. Engage in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Participate in ongoing professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
