Legal Co-Op

Keros Therapeutics seeks a law student co-op to support the legal department's contract and intellectual property functions. The role involves contract redline reviews, legal research, IP docketing, and cross-functional collaboration on biotechnology-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare redline reviews of consulting agreements, amendments, and confidentiality agreements
• Collaborate with attorneys on contract negotiations and communications
• Maintain documentation and filing systems for contract progress and versions
• Conduct legal research on intellectual property issues as needed
• Assist with IP docketing and documentation processes

Requirements

• Rising 2L or 3L law student
• Prior contract or legal experience in biotech/pharma preferred
• Bachelor of Science in biology or chemistry preferred
• Proficiency with DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Compensation: $35 USD hourly
