The Production Supervisor oversees a large production team, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role is pivotal in managing inventory, driving process improvements, and maintaining accurate reporting to meet production goals and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a large production team of 31 or more members
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize output
- Ensure product quality meets established standards
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
- Manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare and maintain production reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
