Summary Keep the building and grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing daily duties, including removal of trash, machine turnings, and facility waste.

- Care of all company property.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms, breakrooms, outdoor break areas and offices as required.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Oversee the storage and maintenance of the custodial inventory and equipment.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Label containers properly.
- Miscellaneous duties; pressure washes trash cans, paints aisle lines, paints shop entry including restrooms, offices, and around front computer area, clears snow and salt front sidewalk and between buildings.
- Assume responsibility, with the maintenance leadership, for the completion of other special work and duties related to the maintenance of company facilities.
- Assume responsibility for tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Run maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: forklift, walk behind scrubber, large sweeper, gas powered scrubber, or lawn mower.
- Is a productive member of his/her workgroup and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures and maintaining a clean organized work area, to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees.
- May be asked to assist maintenance techs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, or twist and move throughout the facility.
- The employee is required to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The duties of this job require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
- The duties of this job require ascending and descending ladders and steps.
