RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Firmwide Process & Workflow Improvements Assist in mapping current workflows across offices and identifying opportunities to streamline. Help standardize processes into repeatable, scalable operating playbooks. Data & KPI Analysis Support preparation of reports and dashboards that track utilization, productivity, and client service metrics. Conduct operational research to help leadership understand trends and bottlenecks. Technology Support & Optimization Assist in evaluating practice management and CRM tools (Canopy, Karbon, etc.). Help test new software features or implementations and document best practices. Cross‑Office Collaboration Coordinate with office leaders to gather information, track progress, and support new initiatives. Help maintain alignment and communication across multi‑office teams. Project Management Support Update project plans, timelines, and action items for practice‑wide initiatives. Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and operational reviews. Vendor & Outsourcing Support Help research third‑party vendors, outsourcing partners, and technology point solutions. Support vendor comparisons, cost/benefit summaries, and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Sheets, or data tools. Interest in professional services operations or systems strategy. Comfortable learning new software quickly. Strong communicator who enjoys supporting cross‑functional teams.
