Diehl Automotive is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Buying Center Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful vehicle buying center with a professional and established team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for vehicle acquisitions.
- Coordinate, organize, and distribute vehicles across multiple dealership locations.
- Travel to offsite locations within the Pittsburgh metro market to conduct vehicle appraisals.
- Utilize basic software tools proficiently for tracking and communication.
- Follow defined processes and adapt to new systems efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with basic software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, etc.).
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No car business experience necessary-we will train you.
