Senior Program Manager

To support multiple large-scale technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will be responsible for strategic project planning, coordination, and execution, working in a hybrid or remote environment from Raleigh, NC. Key responsibilities Develop detailed project plans including tasks, resource requirements, budgets, and timelines Monitor and report on key project milestones while managing scope changes and resource constraints Provide direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience 7-10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3-5 years managing complex projects Experience in meeting facilitation and conflict resolution Demonstrated management, leadership, and teambuilding skills
