Staff Accountant – Staffing Solutions Enterprises
Dynamic Staff Accountant Opportunity – Drive Financial Accuracy and Optimize Cash Flow
Are you a meticulous accounting professional passionate about ensuring financial integrity and streamlining accounting processes? Join a vibrant team where your expertise will support critical functions such as cash management, general ledger maintenance, invoicing, collections, and monthly financial reporting. Onsite in the Brook Park area
$60K-$70K, plus an annual bonus opportunity
M-F, 8am-5pm

What You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of daily cash monitoring, high-volume ledger accounts, and reconciliations
- Experience processing and posting invoices, credit/debit memos, and correcting journal entries
- Ability to review and analyze transactions for discrepancies and accuracy
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and supporting documentation
- Skilled in account analysis, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for managing collections and inquiries
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Certifications such as CPA or CMA a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a corporate setting
- Prior exposure to month-end closing and reconciliations
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to process improvements
