Nurse Mentor: Clinical Educator & Staff Coach

Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL seeks a Nurse Mentor to develop and implement a mentorship model for nursing staff. The RN will lead rounds, provide guidance to less experienced nurses, and help with orientation and education.
