Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to join our night-shift leadership team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the 7a-7p or 7p–7a nursing team, overseeing clinical care, assessments, and medication administration. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the hours when strong clinical judgment and calm, confident leadership matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 7a=7p or 7p–7a nursing team

• Oversee clinical care, assessments, and medication administration

• Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate with providers as needed

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation

• Support STNAs and nursing staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care

• Promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio

• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required

• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain a calm, supportive presence overnight
