State Farm became my third career stop, and it turned into a lifelong profession. Today, our team includes six members, and we operate with a close-knit, family-style culture built on teamwork and long-term success. I’m a graduate of Frostburg State University, where I earned a degree in business administration and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. I remain very involved with the university, serving on the foundation board, alumni board of directors, and the college of business board. I’m also deeply involved in my church, where I serve as Chairman of Trustees, financial officer, and a member of the personnel committee. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
