HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LER)

Job TitleThe duties of this position include:Providing input on decisions that impact overall HR policy at serviced commands.Serving as a consultant to management on all Employee Relations/Labor Relations issues, with overall responsibility for resolving controversial, complex problems.Providing authoritative technical assistance and solutions to problems/issues.Coordinating and/or preparing responses to external program review findings and recommendations regarding sensitive issues.Developing agreements between management and labor organizations, alternative dispute resolutions, contract negotiations, arbitration hearings, unfair labor practice complaints, etc.
