Key Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the Ferrari Parts Department Assist with inventory management of Ferrari parts, accessories, and special-order components Order, track, and receive parts through Modis and approved suppliers Ensure accurate and timely parts availability for service, restoration, and warranty repairs Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, labeling, and storage practices Provide parts support to service technicians and advisors in a professional and efficient manner Process warranty parts returns and core exchanges in accordance with Ferrari policiesAssist with inventory counts, audits, and obsolescence control Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area Uphold Ferrari brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer interaction Professional appearance and conduct consistent with Ferrari brand expectations Qualifications & Skills: Automotive dealership parts and luxury or exotic automotive brand experience is preferred Proficiency with Modis, CDK, and Microsoft Office (or ability to learn quickly) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately handle high-value inventory Clear communication and teamwork skills Working knowledge of automotive parts ordering and inventory processes Familiar with dealership service department workflows Full-time Benefits: $80,000+ yearly income Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan And more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
