RN - Infusion / Triage, Sauk Prairie Specialty Clinic

Work Schedule:

80% FTE, 8-hour day shift Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with one day off every week that will vary. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the Sauk Prairie Specialty Clinic located at 250 26th St in Prairie du Sac, WI.

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Work closely with a small supportive team to deliver excellent care to a range of patients across the lifespan.
• Work in a multi-specialty clinic with a range of specialties and providers.
• Administer IV medications and infusions as well as perform patient triage, patient education and assist with in clinic procedures.
• Use critical thinking and assessment skills to determine if patient is fit for treatment and collaborate with provider if further assessment and intervention is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of relevant clinical experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• CPR certification Upon Hire Required
