Vice President - Dallas

We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Vice President to lead and accelerate the growth of our US business, based out of our regional office in Dallas. This is far more than a leadership role. Working closely with the Group leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering the next phase of growth across our US operations while developing and strengthening our position within our specialist markets. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned to agreed business objectives and long‑term growth targets. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and areas for expansion within existing and new sectors. Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability and operational excellence. Contribute to the wider Group strategy as a member of the senior leadership team. Customer Development & Strategic Partnerships Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Drive customer expansion through deeper partnerships, cross‑selling opportunities and exceptional service delivery. Ensure the business maintains a customer‑centric approach across all areas of operation. Act as a senior representative of Energize Group within the US market. Lead, coach and develop an established recruitment team, creating a high‑performance culture built on accountability and collaboration. Support managers and team leaders to maximise performance, engagement and career development. Foster an environment that attracts, develops and retains top recruitment talent. Act as a role model for leadership behaviours and company values. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning Recruit, onboard and develop future leaders to support long‑term business growth. Build succession plans and talent pipelines across the business. Ensure the team has the capability, capacity and structure required to achieve growth objectives. Support internal mobility and career progression initiatives. Strategy, Culture & Organisational Development Help shape the future direction, culture and operating model of the Dallas business. Champion the Energize Way and ensure company values remain at the heart of decision‑making. Drive organisational change and business improvement initiatives where required. Partner with Group leadership to deliver strategic projects and business transformation initiatives. Maintain accountability for budget performance, forecasting and financial outcomes. Monitor business performance through data, reporting and key operational metrics. Ensure efficient processes and strong operational controls are maintained across the business. Deliver expansion in line with the agreed three‑year plan. What We’re Looking For Significant experience leading successful recruitment teams, divisions or businesses. A strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and business expansion. Proven ability to develop high‑performing teams and future leaders. Exceptional commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability. Experience managing key customer relationships and driving account growth. A strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence and challenge stakeholders. Highly resilient, ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses and creating long‑term value.
