Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary - Accountant II WFH will assist the Finance Team with general accounting processes and controls including month end close, reconciliations of accounts, financial ad hoc analysis, preparation of journal entries, check requests, and stat reporting.

Supervises - N/A

Key Interactions - This position will have interactions with the Director of Finance, AVP of Finance, Shared Service Center (SSC) CFOs and Controllers, and other financial positions throughout the organization including: SSC, CSO, PSC, HIMs, CPC, and other Shared Service initiatives with which the group is charged.

Duties (included but not limited to):

Complete month end processes for applicable ledgers, including but not limited to, preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting

Perform both routine and ad hoc detailed analytical reviews

Assist the Finance Team in ad hoc reporting of various operations and financial information.

Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets.

Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years accounting experience required

Previous SSC experience preferred

Certificate/License

CPA considered a plus
