Laundry Attendant

Clubhouse Towel and Linen Attendant

In this role, you will be responsible for washing and folding of towels and linens for The Madison Clubhouse. This includes Locker Rooms, Pool, and On Course Comfort Stations. Additional duties include general housekeeping tasks around the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, fold, and distribute towels and linens to appropriate areas on property.
• Follow SOP's for: Golf cart driving safety rules and Proper uniform attire and grooming
• Proper uniform attire and grooming.
• Assist in general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Assist kitchen staff by keeping the employee lounge stocked and clean.
• Adhere to safe working environment
• Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
• Greet members formally by using their surname.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver license and registration
• Must have current car insurance

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

The Company's good faith estimate of the hourly rate it expects to pay for this role is $18-$21 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
