Billing Specialist
CI Services, a UniTek Global Services Company
This position is responsible for undertaking a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues through sound billing operations, efficient systems and special projects. Responsibilities Implementation of new or upgraded workforce management data systems (data migration, company specifications, etc.). Post-implementation duties related to workforce management data system (data uploads, system/database administrator tasks, data integrity, etc.). Implementation and post-implementation project lead for other related or assigned systems. Oversight of Billing/Receivables results and process. Follow up on Billing discrepancies. Resolution of Billing issues that are of high complexity or high visibility. Liaison to company vendors for matters related to Billing. Back-up duties for the invoicing system. Activities related to Collections. Saving incoming invoices into an electronic retention system or files. Auditing activities as necessary. Assist the Billing staff in resolving issues and answering their questions. Various administrative duties and project duties as assigned or as needed. Other duties as assigned.
