Salary Range (USD): 54,300.00 - 117,400.00 per year Job Summary Sales Representative – Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). Located in Aurora, Colorado, hybrid work model. Responsibilities include closing sales, winning new business within a defined territory, attending training, cultivating relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, managing multiple sales processes, and implementing solutions. Responsibilities Grow Business: Close sales, win business and reach sales goals within a defined territory by implementing a top‑down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Clients: Recommend the right solutions to help clients meet real business needs, earn referral business through networking. Deepen Relationships: Cross‑sell additional ADP solutions within existing accounts and cultivate additional business. Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners and the broader network. Required Qualifications Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat, persistent style; able to cold‑call without fear; manage time and prioritize deliverables; present ideas clearly. Strategic Closer: Established network; experience carrying quota in outside B2B sales; track record of closing sales and managing territory. Proven Winner: Ambitious spirit that thrives under pressure, motivating to exceed sales quotas. College degree desirable but not required. Practical experience: at least three years B2B sales (preferably field sales); military experience noted. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range targeted for this role is $54,300.00 – $117,400.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
