Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and lease processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Commute between two properties as required to support operational needs.
• Assist with staff supervision and training.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
