Credit Analyst

JOB TITLE: Credit Analyst

LOCATION: 3-4 days onsite at 500 N Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406

DURATION: Contract-to-hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries
• Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in the King of Prussia (KOP) office
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
• Experience in collections, including resolving outstanding account balances, documenting all collection activity, and maintaining detailed account notes
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with appropriate internal departments
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently

OVERVIEW: The Credit Analyst will support both credit and collections functions, with a primary focus on driving cash flow and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role involves monitoring accounts flagged for compliance, collection activity, account and account balances. Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication, documentation, and execution of all actions taken. The analyst will also assist in reinstating services for customers who have resolved outstanding balances, ensuring processes are followed efficiently to restore service. The position requires strong customer service skills, as it involves direct interaction with customers to resolve payment issues while maintaining a positive experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, has a detail-oriented mindset, and possesses basic Excel proficiency. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $17/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
