The primary role of the HR Manager is to ensure that the company is always staffed with engaged, driven people who align with the culture, strategic plan, and vision of KMM Group.
Other aspects of the position are to:
a. Ensure company is staffed with engaged, culturally aligned employees.
b. Maintain HR compliance with Federal and State laws.
c. Support employee needs, complaints, and performance management.
d. Assist managers with employee development meetings (EDMs), reviews, and performance issues.
e. Oversee recruitment and hiring.
