About the Role:
Custom Transfer Inc is looking for skilled CDL Drivers — both Company Drivers and Owner Operators — to join our growing team out of Long Prairie, MN. With a competitive rate of 72 cents per mile, this is an outstanding opportunity to hit the road and maximize your earnings with a company that values its drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over assigned routes
• Transport freight in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery updates
• Ensure proper securement and handling of cargo throughout transit
• Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) records using ELD systems
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL license required
• Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT medical certification requirements
• Experience operating tractor-trailers preferred
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service rules
• Owner Operators must carry required insurance and maintain their own equipment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic
