Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, ongoing healthcare for individuals and families of all ages, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic diseases, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-centered approach.
• Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and design individualized treatment strategies.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO diploma from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Ohio medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
