Sales Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Rep to identify new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing and expanding a sales territory. Position Responsibilities Business Development Identify and qualify prospective customers through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new business and expand existing accounts. Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Account Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Conduct regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth. Sales Planning & Execution Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales opportunities. Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives. Customer Service Partner with customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and effectively. Sales Reporting Maintain accurate sales records and customer information. Prepare reports on sales activities, customer trends, and account performance. Provide market feedback and competitive insights to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support customer success. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to business development initiatives. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance sales performance. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience. Previous B2B sales experience; experience in corrugated packaging or industrial sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP). Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP). CRM software certification. Customer Relationship Management training. Sales negotiation or consultative selling certification. What the Role Offers Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 annually. Generous commission structure.
