Valet Attendant - Austin, TX

Overview Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Attendants in Austin, Texas to provide safe, efficient parking services and exceptional customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel and hospitality guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, working outdoors, and fast-paced hospitality environments. Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service Assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval Answer guest questions and provide directions when needed Vehicle Handling Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival Record parking locations on valet claim tickets Follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures Safety & Compliance Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping Report tips according to company policy Teamwork & Professionalism Maintain a clean and organized valet area Support team members to ensure smooth operations Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Valid driver’s license required Reliable transportation Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years) Ability to pass a background check Skills Customer service and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Reliability and professionalism Safety and vehicle care Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Pay Transparency and Benefits Parking Management Company is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation and complies with all federal, state, and local wage and employment laws.
