Instructional Designer

Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning experiences for employees and business partners. This role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality training solutions that support organizational goals and learner success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning training programs that align with business objectives and learner needs.
• Develop instructional materials including curricula, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, job aids, and supporting documentation.
• Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360, incorporating audio, video, and multimedia assets to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit audio, video, graphics, and other learning assets.
• Conduct training needs analyses and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor timelines, communicate project status, and proactively identify and resolve risks or roadblocks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review content, gather feedback, and implement revisions while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
• 2+ years of experience in curriculum development and learning content creation.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning content using Articulate 360.
• Experience creating and editing audio and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience utilizing project management tools to track deliverables, manage priorities, and communicate project status.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning development best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
